GET HANDS ON WITH REPTILES & AMPHIBIANS!
Come and meet the team from Amphibian & Reptile Conservation!
They’ll be showcasing some of our amazing native species with live amphibians and reptiles! There’ll also be a craft table where you can enter ARC’s Heathland Art Competition and take a look at last year’s winners. Or you can step into our art & crafts gazebo for a spot of colouring.
FIND US: This event will be signposted from both Boldermere Car Park and Pond Car Park on Old Lane, Ockham, Guildford, Surrey GU23. What3Words: Boldermere Car Park became.pardon.hood and Pond Car Park gums.pasta.dared. Free parking available. Disruption caused by the Wisley Interchange roadworks (M25 junction 10) may make it easier to park at Pond Car Park this year.
*** Old Lane is accessible from the Effingham Junction end OR by exiting the Wisley Interchange Roundabout southbound towards the A3, signposted Portsmouth/Guildford/Effingham, then exiting left off the slip road, signposted Effingham/Hatchford/Semaphore Tower. ***
*** Please be aware that if taking a detour to avoid the Wisley Interchange roadworks, the northbound B2039 Ockham Road North will be closed ***
FREE. Suitable for all ages, especially families with school age children. Drop-in anytime between 11am and 3pm. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.
