Meet the folk that fight the fires!
*** UPDATE 28th July 11:00 – No fire engine available today unfortunately, but Surrey Fire & Rescue are here and you can speak to the Fire Investigation team, pat Monty the K9 Fire Patrol dog and take a seat in Marli’s Land Rover Discovery! ***
Clamber into the cab of a fire engine* or take a closer look at one of the off-road vehicles* Surrey Fire & Rescue Service use locally. Come and meet the crews and see what new technology they’re using to fight and investigate wildfires.

*Emergencies permitting, the Fire & Rescue Service will have fire engines for children to clamber on!
FIND US: This event will be held near the Salt Box Road Car Park, Salt Box Road, Guildford, Surrey GU3 3LH. What3Words: meant.themes.rugs. There’s a modest amount of free parking available here.
FREE. Suitable for all ages, especially families with school age children. Drop-in anytime between 11am and 2pm. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.
